End of Season Update

Taking a break from initial attack on the Little French Creek Fire.

Krassel Boost

I spent a few days on the east side of the Payette boosting at Krassel Helibase. It was a great gig; guaranteed proficiency rappels to get re-certed to rappel out of the Bell 407. I was also lucky enough to get an operational rappel into the Zena-Loon Complex to work some hot spots that had slopped over the ridge from the main fire. With water support from a skycrane and Krassel's 407, we were able to wrap it up in a day.
