The road from Cusco to Pisac is littered with a plethora of tourist attractions, including some very impressive Incan ruins. Sam, Phil, and I decided to hike the first 8km of the road from Cusco to Tambomachay, visiting several ruins along the way. It was a refreshing way to spend the afternoon and also acclimatize to the elevation.
